Precious Love Rose - available to purchase from July 7th

Paul and Louise Woodbridge became involved with the Child Bereavement Charity after their two-year old twins Betsy and William were killed in a freak accident at their home in September 2004.

In memory of their children, Paul and Louise have been working with the charity and rose grower C&K Jones to create a new pink rose named 'Precious Love'. Their hope is that the rose will become an emblem and source of funds for the charity, and they feel very strongly that they want something living and vibrant to represent the vitality and beauty of their twins.

Precious Love Rose is described by C&K Jones as:

‘Nicely scented clusters of salmon pink flowers are carried above a medium growing well behaved plant. This new floribunda hybridised by Gordon Kirkham has distinctive red juvenile shoots, leaves are semi glossy and mature to a dark green. Ideal for growing in the open ground or as a single specimen in a pot.

The price of the potted rose is £14, bare root rose is £12.50  (excluding P&P).
A donation of £2.50 goes to the Child Bereavement Charity for every rose purchased.

Available from July 7th 2010.
