Training to meet your needs


Our 'Countrywide' service offers training for your organisation delivered by our facilitators in your own location, a more cost effective option, convenient for training an entire team.

We have over 25 facilitators with a wide range of expertise and specialities who deliver our training countrywide, providing:

  1.  Working effectively in teams
  2.  Supporting parents when a pregnancy is terminated due to abnormality   
  3. Communicating with children when a parent or sibling dies in hospital
  4. Sudden death and breaking bad news skills  
  5. A combination of workshops devised to fit into a one-day workshop e.g. Children, young people, loss, death and grief with Creative ways of helping bereaved children; When a baby dies with Issues around post mortem

Study Days

CBC has successfully co-hosted study days with a number of organisations throughout the UK, including, Birmingham Children's Hospital NHS Trust, Somerset Healthy Schools, Victim Support and London Specialist Paediatric School.

CBC can work with you to develop a programme based on your particular needs, as well as providing experienced speakers for presentations and workshop sessions. We can also assist with marketing, advertising, and administration of the day.

Countrywide Fees               

Fees start from as little as £38 per participant for a full day's training, or £23 per participant for a half day with the maximum 20 attending.

Voluntary Sector: from £775 for a full day (max 20 participants) £475 for a half day, or costs can be quoted to suit the hours required

Public Sector: £895 for a full day (max 20 participants) £595 for a half day, or costs can be quoted to suit the hours required

Private Sector: £1100 for a full day (max 20 participants) £650 for a half day, or costs can be quoted to suit hours required.
